This past Saturday (August 27, 2016) a group of volunteers went to Wetumpka, AL to work on the trailer renovation project.  We had 9 men total and the trip was a great success.  The men who went are; Pastor Mark Gidley, David Burns, Billy Bobo, Carl, Parker Brooks, Dillon, Don Brooks, Bobby Ray Smart and Donnie McWaters.  It was extremely hot, but this team accomplished a great deal during the trip.

About half of the team worked on the inside painting, and the other half worked outside completing the underpinning of the trailer.  About 80% of the painting was completed, and about 80% of the underpinning job was completed.  We hope to complete this work on our next work day and then take a team down to install the flooring.  The trailer will then be ready to house workers at the home.

I want to say a great big “Thank You” to each of these workers for their time and faithfulness to the work of the Lord.  The children of the Adullam House will surely be blessed from your efforts.  Remember Matthew 20:42 that says;

  “And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose their reward.” NIV
